What is Neighbourhood Management?
Neighbourhood management aims to plan and direct changes in urban development while focusing on the needs and interests of the citizens.
The residents of Melchendorf, Herrenberg, and Wiesenhügel should enjoy living in their neighbourhoods and have the opportunity to contribute to changes. Therefore the government is funding a contact point for people in the Southeast of Erfurt through the funding programme „Sozialer Zusammenhalt“ (social cohesion).
